THE MOTORISTS ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

The Motorist Assistance Program (MAP) is operated by IU Parking Enforcement in conjunction with the IU Motor Pool. Whether it is a dead battery, empty gas tank, flat tire or keys located in your car (not available for cars with side airbags). MAP can assist you. Simply call 855-9849 and Motorist Assistance will be there to help.

MAP is available 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM Monday through Friday to students, staff, faculty, or visitors conducting legitimate business on campus.The vehicle must be in a valid campus parking space, legally parked and unless a visitor, must display a valid IU parking permit.

The service is free of charge up to three (3) times an academic year. Additional requests for the Motor Assistance or service will be billed at an appropriate fee per call.
